About Us

Steamtec is owned and operated by Brian and Sue Brown, who are based out of Rogers Arkansas. Brian does all estimates and cleaning himself to ensure consistent quality and attention to detail.

Brian has over 30 years experience in the service industry, with most of that as a UPS employee. Starting as a package delivery driver in southeast Kansas, Brian ended up managing multiple operations in Kansas and Colorado.

After retiring in 2014, Brian went into business for himself. Attention to detail, hard work and customer focus were everyday values that translate well into any service industry, especially carpet cleaning! So the Browns decided to open Steamtec in 2018.

Brian knew that if he wanted to be regarded as a quality provider, he needed education and good equipment. The first thing he did was get IICRC certified. Next, get work experience with a Nationally recognized company. After knowing about the chemistry and the equipment that was out there , he was able to make an informed decision about what equipment to purchase. Lastly, get out there and make it happen!

Now that Brian has been out there for a while, Brian has taken the 30 years service experience and
applied it to the carpet cleaning business here in Northwest Arkansas. “If you have a good process and
you never lose sight of the fact that the customer’s satisfaction is the most important thing, success will
take care of it’s self”.
