If you are looking for an I.T. guy you might check in with Micah and see if he is a fit for your business since that is his eventual career. Sorry to Dan if he loses a good worker in the mean time. He arrived on schedule, walked me through everything he recommended. I rent but the carpet had pet odor that needed to be addressed. He gave me the quote wi yay reasonable price and time to think about it. When I was ready, he had me on the schedule within the week. Again he arrived as schedule, well just a few minutes late, but he sent a message an hour prior to let me know. He did an amazing job. The carpet has brightened up, the pet smell is gone! He assured me if there were any issues to call and he’d be there to fix it. I can’t foresee any issues. But I know Dan would be good in his word. He assessed our carpet cleaning needs and listened to what our concerns were, short and long term flooring plans and offered us the option to try something we hadn’t considered before. This treatment got down to the padding. It’s been almost a month and we aren’t seeing the 16 years of animal stains resurfacing. Even on the highly trafficked areas the carpet looks newer. Fresh smell. Dan checked back to follow up on the service.
